We started Cattus with a simple belief: pets deserve natural, honest products — and the local businesses that serve them deserve a partner who genuinely cares.
Cattus Pet Supply Ltd. began as a small Vancouver operation with one goal — bringing genuinely natural cat litter to Canadian homes at a fair price. That first idea became NookPaw, our house brand of tofu and tapioca litters, now stocked in pet stores across Greater Vancouver.
Along the way, we built something just as valuable as the products: a complete import, warehousing, and distribution pipeline, plus real relationships with local retailers. Today we use that infrastructure to help international pet brands enter the Canadian market — and to supply local breeders, groomers, and stores at wholesale prices.
To make natural, high-quality pet care accessible to every Canadian household — and to give pet brands and local pet businesses a partner they can build on for years, not just a supplier for one season.
It started with a single product: a genuinely natural cat litter at a price real families could afford. Everything we've built since follows that same rule — if we wouldn't use it for our own cats, we don't sell it.

Our supervisor on duty — every Cattus decision gets a paw of approval first
A thriving Canadian pet community where the best products from around the world are within reach, local businesses prosper, and no rescue cat waits without support.
We picture a shelf where a great Korean litter sits beside a German toy and a local Vancouver treat — each brought here responsibly, priced fairly, and backed by people who actually care how it performs in a real home.

One of our own, out enjoying the sunshine — the good life every cat deserves
Our Vancouver warehouse receives containers directly from the port, holds inventory for NookPaw and partner brands, and dispatches deliveries across Greater Vancouver every week — with every inbound shipment counted and inspected by hand.
From port pickup to racked inventory usually takes less than a day. That speed is why our delivery routes now keep 30+ partnered pet stores reliably stocked.

Inside our Vancouver warehouse
Our first product, NookPaw Tofu Cat Litter, won its shelf space one store at a time — through steady supply, honest pricing, and repeat customers who kept coming back for more.
When the Tapioca series followed, retailers took it on day one. That's what trust looks like in this business: a track record you can restock every week.

Cattus exists because of local pet lovers, retailers, and rescuers — so a share of what we earn goes right back: litter donations for cat rescues, sponsorships for shelters, and hands-on help at community events across BC.
When a rescue cat finds a home with a clean, safe litter box waiting, that's the part of the business we're proudest of.

Supporting rescues and shelters across British Columbia
Every product we make or carry has to meet a standard we'd use for our own pets.
Plant-based, biodegradable, and honest — good for pets, homes, and the planet.
Steady supply, on-time deliveries, and commitments we actually keep.
Premium doesn't have to mean expensive. Fair prices at retail and wholesale alike.
We measure success in years of working together, not one-off transactions.

A second litter series for cats who prefer a fine, sand-like texture — with more products in development.
The pipeline we built for NookPaw now powers market entry for partner brands from around the world.
Brands, retailers, rescues — if you share our values, we'd love to talk.
